Sound & Stillness
A deeply soothing meditation session featuring crystal singing bowls for full-body calm.
This class includes:
~ Slow, mindful movement
~ Soothing breathwork
~ Crystal bowls & chimes to relax your nervous system
~ Tea, flapjacks & gentle connection to close
You’ll leave feeling lighter, deeply rested, and mentally clear.
Ideal for those craving a deeper reset.
