The Zen Den
The Zen Den is our private garden studio in Maidenhead, created for people who want to slow down, breathe, and reset without committing to a full retreat. Warm, softly lit, and thoughtfully guided, it offers single treatments and shared Zen Den Rituals that blend sound, meditation, breathwork, and simple mindful practices into a deeply calming mini-retreat close to home.
WellNest Cornish Retreat

Come join us for our small, intimate retreat designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in one of Cornwall’s most peaceful settings.
This retreat is for anyone craving deep rest without pressure - gentle structure, nourishing food, time in nature, and space to breathe properly again. There’s nothing to fix or achieve here, just time to listen to your body and let your nervous system settle.
We’ll be staying at Trevear Farm, a beautiful countryside hideaway near the Camel Estuary, with access to a heated indoor pool, steam room, gym, private wellness space, and acres of land to wander. Coastal and countryside walks, open skies, and a warm farm atmosphere make this a place you exhale the moment you arrive.
Across the weekend, we’ll gently weave in guided meditation, breathwork, restorative sound baths, slow mornings, optional treatments, nourishing meals, and relaxed evenings around the fire. Everything is invitational, you’re always free to rest.
